1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GoMandir, operated by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME PVT. LTD.] (“Company”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Booking Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Nature of the service
GoMandir provides:
- Temple discovery, itinerary tools, and trip organisation
- Facilitation of travel and accommodation options via third-party providers (rail, bus, flight, cab, hotels, guesthouses)
- Informational content about temples (history, timings, guidance)
Important: Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we act as a technology platform / facilitator, not as an airline, rail operator, hotelier, or authorised IRCTC agent. Partner terms and government transport rules apply to the underlying booking. Temple darshan, entry, and ritual rules are controlled by the respective temple trusts / authorities — we do not guarantee darshan or special entry.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
- Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account
- We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or legal risk
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate Indian law, including IT Act 2000 and applicable cybercrime provisions
- Post defamatory, hateful, obscene, or infringing reviews or content
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission
- Misrepresent identity or make fraudulent bookings
- Use the platform for money laundering or unlicensed remittance activity
5. Bookings, pricing & taxes
Prices shown may include or exclude GST as disclosed at checkout. Invoices will reflect applicable GST under Indian tax law when we supply taxable services. Partner bookings may generate invoices from the partner. See Booking Policy for facilitation disclosures.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators (e.g., Razorpay or successors we designate). You authorise charges for confirmed bookings. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may lead to account restriction.
7. Intellectual property
Platform software, branding, and curated content belong to the Company or licensors. Temple photographs and descriptions may be licensed or user-contributed; do not reuse commercially without permission.
8. Disclaimers
Temple information (timings, dress codes, festivals) is curated in good faith but may change without notice. AI or algorithmic itinerary suggestions are decision-support tools, not guarantees of travel feasibility, safety, or religious correctness. Travel involves inherent risk; you are responsible for visas (if any), ID documents, health, and local advisories.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), our aggregate liability for claims arising from the platform in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim (excluding pass-through partner ticket/hotel amounts). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
11. Termination
You may delete your account via Privacy & Data Rights. We may terminate or suspend access for breach. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Subject to consumer forums and mandatory protections, courts at Courts at [City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You may also use our Grievance Redressal process.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of updates constitutes acceptance, except where law requires affirmative consent.
